We produce a wide variety of packaging styles. We'll work with you to determine the ideal packaging configuration specifically for your product and budget.
For new projects, we produce initial prototype samples within a few days so clients can evaluate the design before we move into the production phase. Any modifications to the design can be easily carried out at this stage prior to production tooling.
For short production runs of a few hundred to a few thousand units, we normally recommend resin moulds which can be produced at a modest price. For larger quantities, although more expensive, aluminium moulds deliver a more economic package price.
For transparent packs, rigid PVC is the ideal material due to its excellent clarity, toughness and economic price. For coloured mouldings, we can source PVC in a full range of colours, although for small production runs we recommend high impact polystyrene which can be sourced locally in small volumes and at short lead times.
Manufacturing usually commences within 4 to 6 weeks of client design approval. Production quantities can vary from a few hundred units through to several million. Typically, repeat orders can be supplied in 2 to 4 weeks.
